You have a lot of enthusiasm, which will get you far in your art.

My biggest suggestions are to (1) Draw a LOT! (2) Study other people's art to help you understand how the process goes and (3) study real animals/things to help you get a better grasp of how things are put together and how light, colors, and the like react to each other.
